Jacob's musical journey took a significant turn when his piano teacher relocated, prompting him to pursue self-teaching and exploration in composition. This path eventually led him to win a local composing competition. Subsequently, he was recommended for private lessons with a university professor in Denver by pianist and composer Calvin Jones. Under the professor's guidance, Jacob continued to deepen his understanding of music. Additionally, he began sharing his knowledge by teaching his younger brother and several local friends.

Today, settled in Tennessee, Jacob offers private piano lessons in the Northern AL/Southern TN area, continuing to share his passion for music with aspiring musicians. He remains actively engaged in composing original pieces and contributing his talents to his local church's worship team, spending time both teaching and creating music that resonates with others.
